And now for the economic front here in the nation,...
The COVID-19 outbreak has dragged South Korea's business sentiment for April to a low not seen since the global financial crisis over a decade ago.
The Bank of Korea on Wednesday released the business sentiment index for all industries.
It was down three points on-month to 51,... a low not seen since December 2008.
The index was down four points for manufacturers,... and three points for non-manufacturers.
Business outlook for next month also fell for both industries.
Companies said economic uncertainties and lower demand was making the situation difficult.
The economic sentiment index, which includes consumer sentiment, fell eight points to over 55.
