to Brew Your Coffee A new long-term study from the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology has shown that coffee, if prepared the right way, could be good for you and even extend your life. The study followed over half a million Norwegian men and women between the ages of 20 and 79 over a 20-year period. According to the study, unfiltered coffee contains substances
that increase blood cholesterol. Using a filter removes these and makes "heart attacks and premature death
less likely." Study author Dag Thelle,

could actually be bad for your health. Other takeaways included limiting coffee intake for pregnant woman and avoiding adding sugar to coffee.
