President Donald Trump applauded some Republican led states reopening their economies. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is cautious about reopening, worried for a second wave of coronavirus infections. According to Reuters, Cuomo said it was “no time to act stupidly.” Many states in the states are allowing non-essential businesses to reopen. Trump said: “Our Country is starting to OPEN FOR BUSINESS again.”
