Almost as quickly as the COVID-19 started to spread, so did another virus: Scams! Law enforcement agencies are warning you about scams that are popping up worldwide. Andi Bridges with the Kern County District Attorney's Office Fraud Division talks about some of the scams to be on the lookout for, including fraudulent prescriptions of hydroxychloroquine, antibody testing sites, and email and text phishing.
