President Moon to unveil measures to support job market at emergency economic council

President Moon Jae-in will chair yet another emergency economic council session in the coming hours this time on measures to prop up the country's job market that has been slammed by the COVID-19 outbreak.
It could include ways to support those who have been laid off,... providing incentives for firms that hold on to employees... as well as funds to help the country's key industries, such as aviation and automobile manufacturing.
The government has already implemented fiscal measures to help small and medium sized companies,... as well as emergency relief payments for households in the lower 70-percent income bracket.
