Batu MP P Prabakaran was detained over a reportedly heated exchange with Federal Territories Deputy Minister Edmund Santhara on Monday.
A few hours after being detained, the PKR MP was released on police bail at around 10pm.
Shorting after his release, he went on Facebook to address the whole incident.
