The tense moment is seen in downtown Los Angeles, California on Monday (April 20) as a man standing outside the ledge of a building on 7th and Spring attempted to jump to his death.

"He eventually runs down the side of the building into a window. Police try to pull him inside while he resists almost plunging himself out the window," according to the filmer.
