Speaking on the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Union Minister of State (MoS) for Finance & Corporate Affairs, Anurag Thakur said Vajpayee is known for his development works. “He was a 'Vikas Purush'. PM Modi is working on the foundation of New India which was laid by Vajpayee,” he added.
