Union Budget 2019: What Sitharaman announced for railway, metro

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who presented her maiden Modi budget 2.0 in Lok Sabha, announced major investment through Public-Private Partnership Model in Railways and Metro projects. This was the first budget of PM Modi’s second term as a Prime Minister. Sitharaman is the first full-time woman Finance Minister who tabled budget in the Parliament. Watch the video.
