Union Budget 2019: What Sitharaman said on infrastructure projects

Tabling the Union Budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman elaborated on the infrastructural projects that Modi government has been focusing upon. She added that by developing infrastructure, India will attract investment leading to country's development.
