The coronavirus may have arrived late in Africa, but it is slowly taking hold with over 15,000 cases and 800 deaths across the continent. For the most vulnerable, it's a choice between food or risking infection, be it in South Africa's townships during a harsh lockdown or Kenya's slums where brave infection to earn a living.
