Notre-Dame cathedral, a year on from devastating fire

Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral was ravaged by a devastating fire exactly one year ago. At 2000 local time, the "Emmanuel" bell in the cathdral's south tower will chime to commemorate the beginning of the fire. This is the only event planned on the construction site of the cathedral, which is suspended due to the coronavirus crisis.
