In search of love: Rhino playfully teases would-be mate in Nepal
  • 4 years ago
Two rhinoceros were filmed playfully locking horns at a wildlife conservation area in Nepal.

The incident took place at the Chitwan National Park, known for housing the one-horned rhinos and Bengal tigers among other endangered mammals.

Visuals shot on July 2, 2019, show the two rhinos, a male and a female touching horns, with the male trying to entice the female to mate.

After indulging in the activity for a few minutes, the rhinos jog inside the bush.

Rhinos are a common sight inside the park, which first opened in 1973 and has also been named as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984.
