Hubbed Sissy Squats & Deep Knee Bends

Letting some of my Bodybuilding background show through. I am lowering as a Sissy Squat, grabbing a couple of MARCY 35s by the Hub, lifting them as l rock into a stronger position via a Deep Knee Bend but, then go back to the weaker position by lowering again as a Sissy Squat. This is a sneaky way of overloading negative tension on the Quads without a fancy machine supplying extra resistance on the down stroke OR by having your training partner push down on the weight as you lower aka Forced Negatives. This made my Quads blow up double quick!! There's a whole bunch of options our there.... Good Luck & God Bless!!
