Chinese city on border with Russia locks down in effort to curb rise in coronavirus imports

The remote city of Suifenhe in China’s northeastern province of Heilongjiang sits and at the border with Russia, is a new front in the battle against the spread of the deadly coronavirus. Border control measures have been tightened in the city and a new temporary hospital is being built as a lockdown goes into effect.
