Modi Govt may divide country in red, orange and green zones amid covid 19 Lockdown,
A top government official said that the PM’s formulation meant that the government may move towards a “smart lockdown” - with severe restrictions in affected districts, and partial lifting of restrictions in unaffected districts, along with the opening up of some sectors to meet the economic challenge.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా కరోనా కేసులు లేని దాదాపు 400 జిల్లాలు ఉన్నాయని, వాటిని గ్రీన్‌ జోన్‌ పరిధిలోకి తీసుకుని వచ్చి.. స్మార్ట్ లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను అమలు చేయడం వల్ల ప్రయోజనం ఉంటుందని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. ఆరెంజ్ జోన్ ప్రాంతాల్లో పరిమిత స్థాయిలో ప్రజారవాణా, వ్యవసాయ పనులకు ఆటంకం ఉండదనే అభిప్రాయాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.15 కేసుల కంటే అధికంగా ఉండే ప్రాంతాలను రెడ్‌ జోన్‌గా పరిగణిస్తారని, ఆ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎలాంటి కార్యకలా పాలను కూడా అనుమతించే అవకాశం ఉండదనే అంటున్నారు. ఫలితంగా- రెండో విడత లాక్‌డౌన్‌ నుంచి కొన్ని ప్రాంతాలకు మినహాయింపు ఉండొచ్చనే వార్తలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. కరోనా తీవ్రత లేని ప్రాంతాల్లో వ్యాపార కార్యకలాపాలు కొనసాగడం ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులు తీరుతాయని అంటున్నారు
