Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso personally goes to Barangay 129 in Caloocan City on April 11 to order, through a megaphone, the surrender of a Manila barangay chairman and his four councilors for allegedly engaging in illegal cockfighting last April 9. The mayor then proceeded to visit Tondo to remind residents to practice physical distancing and ask for more patience as authorities are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic and relief operations.
