Ingredients:
6 to 7 pcs potato, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 2 tsp green peas, 3 to 4 green chilly, 1 lemon, chat masalo, salt, haldi, hing, jeeru. Aara loat, khajoor chutney, corriander and fudina chutney, sev.


Step:
1. Boil potatoes. Peel it and smash it.
2. Put salt as per taste and 1/2 tsp haldi.
3. Than keep it aside.
4. Lets know prepare vegetable chat masala for it we need green peas, carrot and capsicum.


5. First Grind green peas with green chilly. Dnt crush minutely. Just 1 round.
6. Than take kadai pour 4 to 5 tsp oil. Heat it. Put flame in medium. Put jeeru, hing, small pieces of carrot and capsicum. Than put paste of jinger and green chilly. And for 1 min let it been cooked. Than put grinded green peas. Than put red chilly powder and salt as per your taste.
And your masal is ready.
Keep aside and now take the puran of potatoes to prepare basket and pour some ara loat and fry it.
7. Than take our fried basket. Put masala which we have made. Than pour khajoor chutney, corriander chutney, sev, lemon juice, chat masala and serve it
