Samsung, LG, Hyundai extend suspension period of Russian plants amid COVID-19 outbreak

South Korea's Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, and Hyundai Motor have all extended the temporary shutdown of their plants in Russia due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The three companies had previously suspended operations at their Russian plants, but were due to reopen this week..
Samsung Electronics' and LG Electronics' plants were originally scheduled to resume operations on Monday.
However, LG has extended the suspension period until April 30th.
Samsung has yet to finalize its reopening date.
Hyundai Motor also said it will announce its reopening plan in time.
