The man at the center of India's coronavirus war wouldn't hazard a guess on the 21-day lockdown -- whether it should be extended or not. But what Dr Raman Gangakhedkar, the chief scientist at the Indian Council of Medical Research, is sure of is that there's absolutely no room for complacency in social-distancing measures at this stage.
