मेरा एक सुझाव है Developers को आने वाले वक़्त में आप TOP Floor की अंदर की ऊंचाई बढ़ा दें तक़रीबन 11 से 12 फुट जिससे गर्मी को कम किया जासकता है और जिससे false ceiling बनाई जा सके जिससे गर्मी का असर और भी कम किया जा सके, और छत के ऊपर सफ़ेद रंग का इस्तेमल किया जाये जिससे गर्मी का असर कम हो सके
बरसात के दिनों में लीकेज का होना।
- वैसे अभी नई तकनीकों के चलते इस परिस्तिथि पर काफी हद तक काबू पाया गया है मगर एक और सलाह में देना चाहूंगा Developers को, ईमारत को बनाते वक़्त ज्यादा से ज्यादा पानी दिया जाये जिससे Constructions को पूरी मजबूती मिल पाए और Leakage की सम्भावना को टाला जा सके

- Terrace पर जाने का जो दरवाजा होता है वहां से unaccepted आवाजाही हो सकती है जिसे टालने के लिए दरवाजे को हमेशा बंद रखा जाये और सिर्फ Registered प्लम्बर्स, एलेक्ट्रिशन्स और सिक्
