The construction of Markaz's building of Tabligi Jamaat in Nizamuddin is illegal. South D delhi Municipal Corporation has decided to dismantle this building. This morning the entire building has been sealed.
The area in which Nizamuddin built this building is a residential area. According to the master plan, no residential area can have a building higher than 15 meters. Despite this, this building was made more than 25 meters high.
According to information from sources, neither the map of this building nor the building rules have been followed. This plot is 2000 yards(approx). Although according to sources, the map of its plot was passed in the year 1992, but at that time, it was allowed to build a maximum two and a half floor building. In such a situation, if the map is also passed then no more than two and a half floors will be allowed. The corporation is not yet getting its documents. Since the year 2012, the corporation was divided into three parts. Due to this, many papers are not being received by the corporation, which are being searched.
RG Gupta (former architect, DDA) said that there are preserved monuments near the Tablighi Markaz building, which cannot be constructed without permission. If construction takes place without permission, they are completely illegal.
