People gather by Tiananmen Square in Beijing to stand still and observe a nationwide three minutes of silence for coronavirus victims and 'martyrs'. At 10am (0200GMT), sirens and horns sounded in front of the square in memory of the more than 3,000 lives claimed by the virus in China.
