Coronavirus: Youth commits suicide after allegedly being thrashed by cop for breaking quarantine rule

In the first such case all over the country, a 22-year-old migrant worker Roshan Lal, who returned from Gurgaon and was under quarantine at a school in his village, allegedly committed suicide in Lakhimpur Kheri district.
