This timelapse footage shows a Vietnamese baker creating a lotus flower and fish-themed cake using a 3D gelatin technique.

The technique allows the patterns to be drawn inside of the cake with great care and precision.

It took this baker around an hour to create this amazing looking cake on March 28.
