A luxury cruise ship MS Zaandam owned and operated by Holland America Line, on which 4 passengers died due to COVID-19 arrived with its sister ship Rotterdam at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Thursday, April 2.

Zaandam has spent twelve days offshore Panama to search a place to dock after a new coronavirus infection was confirmed.

On March 31, the U.S. President Donald Trump urged Florida officials to accept Zaandam, which has been refused entry at every port.
