An FIR has been registered against Congress MLA Shailesh Pandey from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. He is alleged to have violated restrictive orders under Section 144 of CrPC. He announced free ration in Bilaspur after which a crowd gathered outside his house. According to news agency ANI, Pandey had announced free ration to the people amid the lockdown.
