Well being in Isolation: 5 proven tips to help you and your loved ones (2020)

These days, as Coronavirus is spreading, we all have friends or loved ones in isolation, and a lot of us are in quarantine as well. While health organizations care about our physical health , mental health and wellbeing are at immense risk too. Being alone is incredibly challenging.
The proven tips in this video can help someone we know better his mental wellness when isolated in quarantine or out of personal concern for their physical health.
Please share this video if you agree, and lets spread light in times of fear.
People in isolation have suffered from depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and, certainly, loneliness.
Parents have been separated from their kids :(, and parents have had to be with their kids 24/7.
Small things can make a huge difference. If you are an isolation, here are some tips:
1. Have a window open and look outside. Research shows that exposure to sunlight increases serotonin levels, helps fight depression and anxiety, and can be a mood-booster.
2. Exercise.
We know you can't go running. Look on YouTube for a yoga class or put on some good music and dance around. Working out helps you reclaim your energy and improves your general mood.
3. Never meditated? Now is the time, even for 1 minute a day. Let's face it - you have nowhere to go anyway.
4. Read a novel or dive into one of those projects you have procrastinated. Focusing on something and getting it done feels like an accomplishment - even when you are on your own.
5. Speak with a friend and share your thoughts. A good conversation can help more than you think.
In these times of urgency, as it is our legal obligation to keep hygiene and listen to the authorities, it is our moral obligation to take care of our own and our loved ones' mental health.
