Coronavirus: LA field hospital set up but lacking doctors

Faced with an expected surge of coronavirus cases, Riverside County -- east of Los Angeles -- transforms a building inside its fairgrounds into a 125-bed field hospital to care for future patients. While electricity and air-conditioning are set up and beds have been laid out, medical workers still need to be recruited. "We dedicated a staff in our emergency operations center to start sourcing doctors, nurses and medical personnel, to be able to provide the services that we need to provide in here," says Emergency Department spokesman Shane Reichardt.
