Salary to Workers During
COVID-19 Outbreak W. Kent Taylor, the co-founder and CEO of Texas Roadhouse Inc., will forfeit his salary and bonus
for the year to pay the company's employees during
the coronavirus pandemic. The total donation is estimated
to be just under $1 million. The move comes as restaurants and businesses across
the country scramble to find solutions after being
ordered to shut down or reduce services
in response to the ongoing pandemic. Texas Roadhouse, like many other restaurants,
has been forced to halt dine-in service, but is still
