"Stay at home or stay inside" is the message fixed to coffins and skulls displayed on public roads in the Philippines. Authorities in Santo Tomas, north of Manila, are using the grim method to remind people about the consequences of ignoring home-quarantine orders put in place to fight the spread of the deadly coronavirus that causes Covid-19.
