Lioness and cub spotted searching for water in residential area in western India

A lioness and her cub were spotted in a residential area in Gir Somnath, Gujarat on Friday (March 20).
In search of water, footage shows the wild animals drinking from a roadside borewell.
According to local reports, this thirst encourage the lioness and her cub out of the Gir Forest National Park of Gujarat.
Fortunately, the situation did not escalate and the pair returned into the forest after drinking.
