As the coronavirus continues to spread, medical professionals have faced a shortage of medical supplies. In response, popular medical shows are donating hundreds of masks, gowns, gloves and other items used on set. Some shows helping real doctors in need are “Grey’s Anatomy” and its spinoff series “Station 19.” Showrunner Krista Vernoff said: "We are all overwhelmed with gratitude for our healthcare workers during this incredibly difficult time.
