Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said according to the guidelines stipulated in the government policy under the movement control order (MCO), only one person is allowed to represent a household to head out and run essential matters.

He said this on Saturday after chairing a special ministers' meeting on the order execution.
