Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador says many people remained stubborn, with some even taking their families out for meals during the movement control order (MCO).

Judging from a long line of vehicles at a police roadblock, he adds that they are either ignorant or do not respect the MCO.
