Detail: Néstor Combin, Argentine nationalized French and soccer player of Milan, was arrested by special law personnel of the federal police shortly after the end of the game played in Boca Juniors; These personnel were present during the meeting and the arrest was about to materialize at the end of the first half, but then due to pressure from the coaching staff, it should have been left for later; the reason was a request for the federal judge of Rosario to be arrested for being accused of being an infringer of article 29, of the military service law, number 12.913, since he was listed as an Argentine citizen of the 1940 class and when he left the country he did not give change of address to the corresponding authorities, not appearing before the call of the soldiers of his class.
