MP crisis: SC ने Speaker को बागी MLAs से Video link के जरिए बात करने की दी सलाह | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court on Thursday suggested that Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker N P Prajapati should interact with the rebel Congress MLAs through video link or the court can appoint an observer to allay the fear that the legislators are in captivity. However, the Speaker refused to accept the top court's proposal. A bench comprising Justices D Y Chandrachud and Hemant Gupta said it can create conditions to ensure exercise of volition of the rebel MLAs is truly voluntary.

स्पीकर के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी द्वारा विधायकों के इस्तीफे को लेकर समय देने की बात पर जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि विधायकों की खरीद-फरोख्त को रोकने के लिए फ्लोर टेस्ट जल्दी कराना जरूरी है। जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट पर्यवेक्षक भी नियुक्त कर सकती है। वकील सिंघवी ने यह भी कहा कि विधायक बंधक है, दिग्विजय सिंह मिलने गए थे, लेकिन नहीं मिल सके।
