Hi Twitterverse - question... I'm happy to give small biz resto my biz - plus at some point I want to eat food made by someone else... how safe is getting take out from resto during COVID-19?

Takeout is ok. Maintain distance from delivery ppl.

I'm mostly likely gonna walk down the street to pick up... (neighborhood restos...) It gives me a chance to get some fresh air... Just makes me wonder if the chefs are sick - would it get passed onto me...

They should not be working if sick. Feds have offered sickness EI benefit for suspect covid cases w/o need for medical note. They should also be practicing basic hygiene practices for prepping food. I’d stick with food that needs to be cooked. Heat should kill any bugs.
