Today's recipe is how to melt chocolate 2 ways. First one is in Bain Marie i.e. over boiling water and 2nd one is Microwave. Personally, I find it easy to melt chocolate in Microwave as it is quite easy and quick. Tell me in the comments which method you prefer?
