In the quarantined New York suburb of New Rochelle, people come to pick up food from a distribution site run by National Guards. Books are also given out to those that come, so kids can keep reading with the city in lockdown. The New York state Governor, Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday the National Guard would be deployed in the area (see story attached).
