Ariq actually teamed up with these officers to create a fake scenario so that he could propose to Hannah! She definitely didn't see that one coming.

 

And the clever surprises don't stop there. Arlene and Ernie have been together for two years, and they're doing a photoshoot to help their friend Justin get some content for his photography page.
