Poha is an Indian dish prepared in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Gujarat and Rajasthan. Pohey tends to be spicy. Poha Originated from Maharashtra and Odisha (Called Chuda Santula). Pohay is made of processed flattened rice, roasted with chilies, onions, mustard and cumin seeds and curry leaves. It is a high carbohydrate, low fat, quick meal that can be made in minutes.
Ingredients:
3 Cups Poha (Medium beaten rice flakes / flattened rice)
2 Onion Chopped
1 Boiled potato Chopped
Lemon Juice (As per need)
½ Cup peanuts (As per need)
2 Green chilies chopped
8–10 Curry Leaves
2 Tablespoon Coriander leaves
1½ Teaspoon Sugar (As per Need)
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon mustard
¼ Teaspoon turmeric
3-4 Tablespoon Oil
