It is reported that Victorio was engaged in an online store that deceived customers. The victims were at least 118 people who paid money but did not receive the ordered product. Cheyenne ran this "business" from 2013 to 2017.

Victorio promises to appeal. The girl claims that she did not break the law, but was framed by her ex-husband.
Interestingly, Cheyenne is now Dating another lawbreaker, soccer player Jean Paulo Fernandes Filho. He was recently accused of assaulting his ex-wife.
It is worth noting that under Brazilian law, a person can not sit in prison for more than 30 years for a single crime. So even if Cheyenne goes to jail, she'll be released in 2050.
