A man suspected of masturbating on train tracks in New York City was arrested on Wednesday afternoon (March 11).

The alleged self-satisfaction occurred on West 125th Street at around 5:30 p.m.

"I've got a train to get on, hurry up! He's jerking off! He's smoking something," said a passenger in the video.

"I was just coming home from work, they said there was a delay. I couldn't believe what I saw," said the filmer.
