Pani Puri is is one of the famous and delicious food in india. we tried in the way of primitive cooking.

[INGREDIENTS]

To make Puri:

- Sooji/Rava/Semolina
- maida/plain flour
- salt
- regular water (not hot)

To make Teekha/ Spicy Pani:

- water
- salt
- black salt
- pudina/mint leaves
- dhaniya/coriander leaves
- Green chillies
- ginger

To make Imli/ Tamarind Chutney:

- Imli/ Tamarind
- water
- gudh/ jagarry
- red chilli powder
- jeera (cumin) powder
- salt

For Stuffing:

- 1/2 Cup boiled dried chana
- boiled potato
