From stained glass to stone carving – try some of Sheffield’s oldest and rarest traditional crafts for yourself

Everyone from a stained glass expert to a stone mason are being lined up to demonstrate their art at the free, two-day ‘Heritage Skills’ event which is held at Sheffield’s Woodland Gallery in Stannington.

The event – on March 28 and 29 - is hoping to encourage more people to take up traditional crafts and learn new skills as a result.
