Dozens of people gather in the centre of Moscow in order to exercise their right for solitary picket and voice their annoyance with constitutional reforms that would allow 67-year-old Vladimir Putin - who was first elected in 2000 - to run again after his current six-year term expires, and potentially stay in power until 2036.
