To honour International Women’s Day, women took over the responsibilities at Bihar’s Hajipur Railway Station. Different duties were performed by women on March 07 ahead of Women’s Day. Right from ticket counter, query counter, level crossing gates and control panel etc, all the duties were performed by women railway employees. A woman employee shared, “We are doing very good work on Women’s Day. We are taking care of the (level crossing) gate. All the women are doing good work on their respective positions. I am feeling good.”
