Amid poaching row in Madhya Pradesh, district administration of the state government demolished a resort of BJP MLA Sanjay Pathak in MP's Katni over alleged land encroachment. Pathak has termed the action "an act of vengeance" by the Congress govt in Madhya Pradesh. Recently, Pathak was rumoured to be joining Congress but he termed the news reports as "false" and also said that he was, is and will remain a part of BJP. Few days ago, Congress-led MP government had also ordered for closure of iron ore mine owned by the BJP MLA for allegedly violating a Supreme Court ruling.
