Former Malaysian Bar Council president Ragunath Kesavan says Pakatan Harapan had the chance to repeal the Sedition Act but they failed to do so.
He said this to reporters when met outside the federal police headquarters on Tuesday (Mar 3).
Ragunath was representing activist-lawyer Fadiah Nadwa Fikri.
She was being questioned by the Bukit Aman CID Special Investigation Unit over her tweet on the Feb 29 rally at Dataran Merdeka.
